Collecting the necessary documents is no problem, and we quickly complete your file so that you only need to add a purchase agreement and appraisal to your mortgage application. Searching and viewing
Now that we know what you are looking for, we get to work. We look in our own database, search within our network, and search on various real estate sites. If we see a suitable home, we will inform you and schedule a viewing. Of course, we will view it together! We do so with a critical eye so that you can follow your feelings freely.
What is the house of your dreams worth?
You only know what something is worth when you know what it is worth! We help you with our personal approach. We point out risks, investigate the conditions, and advise you on the level of the bid, so that you can focus fully on whether you will be happy in this home.
Making an offer
You were immediately sold! This is the house of your dreams. From experience, we know that this is also the moment when your emotions can take over. We understand that but remain rational. We protect all your interests. This means the amount of the bid and the conditions of the other party. We conduct the negotiations for you in close consultation with you, of course.
Purchasing
Yes! Your bid has been accepted by the sellers. The champagne glasses can be taken out of the cupboard. We will arrange everything for you, and the selling party or notary will draw up the purchase agreement. Of course, we will check it for you before you sign it. Once the agreement is signed, it is time to uncork the champagne. Congratulations!
Moving
It's finally here, you have the key to your dream home in hand. We will accompany you (if desired) to the notary for delivery. Prior to that, we inspected the property together and recorded the meter readings. It is important to check if you have the right insurance, and we can help you with that too. And if there is still renovation or work to be done, we will (if you want) help you find the right people for the job ahead. We are happy to help.
