Purchase guidance fee: € 3.895,-
For this fee, we provide the following services:
- Searching for a property together with the client
- Property viewings
- Property analysis and valuation (if necessary)
- Cadastral research
- Handling the bidding process
- Contract handling
- Final inspection of the property
- Transfer of title at the notary
- Handover of keys
If you choose both of the above services as well as arranging your mortgage, you can expect a discount. We would be happy to tell you more about this in an introductory meeting.
Sales fee: 0.8% to 1.4% depending on the achieved sales price
Starting costs (€ 799) for taking photos, floor plans, brochure creation, and listing on Funda are included in the commission.
